Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Acknowledging and addressing the ways in which the philanthropic sector has contributed to systemic inequities through wealth accumulation and dissemination is a critical component of being a learning-oriented grantmaker. As we continue to learn, reflect and evolve our work together, we encourage transparency and open reflective dialogue within our team and clients on this topic.
As an embedded creative and strategic partner, we help our clients see and acknowledge truths that are sometimes uncomfortable to digest, especially about their own work and legacy in the world. It’s a responsibility we take very seriously. We have deep gratitude for the work being done in our sector to rectify harmful philanthropic practices and adopt the latest practices and ideas relating to DEI for the benefit of our community, team, and our clients.
Are We a Good Fit?
What We Look For
The Convive Collective is an integrated team with expertise in the following areas:
1. Evaluation and impact measurement methodologies;
2. Data visualization and creative visual storytelling techniques;
3. Systems thinking and bringing multi-stakeholder collaboratives together to address complex challenges;
4. Developing logic models, impact frameworks, and theories of change that actually get used for strategic thinking and learning;
5. Facilitating learning and strategy design and implementation (we see these as inherently intertwined!);
6. Co-creating learning agendas and learning plans;
7. Organizational psychology and design.
As we expand our ability to partner with more philanthropies, we seek self-motivated energetic people to fill a variety of roles. If you feel that you’re a good fit for our culture and have expertise and experience to contribute, please review our currently available positions.

Join Convive
Convive is an infinitive of Convivial meaning “friendly, lively and enjoyable” and Conviviality meaning “an interdependent group of creative individuals interacting with each other and their environment.” And Collective describes our uncommon way of working together, which emphasizes freedom, creative expression, and wellness. The Convive Collective is unique — just like us.
