At Convive, Victoria brings a wealth of expertise in evaluating climate-focused and gender equity and social inclusion (GESI) programs, honed through her early career as a community development advisor. Her passion for working alongside organizations to drive change led her to specialize in simplifying complex strategies and creating effective measures for impactful results. At Convive, she collaborates closely with our clients to articulate stories of change in an accessible and compelling manner, ensuring that data is shared in a way that is both impactful and usable.

Victoria has been deeply committed to driving global change through her work with NGOs, philanthropies, and businesses, focusing on climate action, empowerment, and gender equity and social inclusion (GESI). Her journey into the field of evaluations as a self-employed freelancer began unexpectedly, but she quickly found her niche. Victoria fosters impactful change by collaborating with diverse stakeholders, simplifying and clarifying strategies, and bridging gaps through effective communication.

Prior to her current role at Convive, Victoria began her career as a Community Development Advisor with the Peace Corps in Comoros, where she played a key role in establishing and evaluating a girls' empowerment camp. Her entry into the field of evaluation occurred by chance, where she gained experience in participatory research, working on projects focused on climate. Her work involved conducting literature reviews, key informant interviews (KIIs), and data analysis for mid- and end-line evaluations. Over the years, Victoria has built up her skills in participatory evaluation, research, and learning experience design.
