Within Convive, Erika is responsible for all financial matters. Together with Katherine, she outlines the financial strategy, monitors progress and makes adjustments where and when necessary. She focuses her sights primarily on cash flow management and also ensures that all legal obligations are met in a timely manner. Erika plays an important role in keeping Convive financially sound so that services to Convive’s clients are guaranteed.

With many years of experience as an accountant and tax consultant, Erika has developed into an all-round trusted partner of entrepreneurs. With her calm disposition, she brings calmness and confidence. Above all, she provides insight into the numbers on which to build further.

Erika has worked at both Big 4 firms and small(er) accounting firms. There she guided all kinds of entrepreneurs - from sole traders to multinationals - with financial and tax advice. In recent years, she has shifted her focus from the past (financial statements and tax returns) to the present and future by focusing on cash flow management.
