Organizational Development (OD) Analyst
Are you an experienced consultant passionate about driving organizational effectiveness?
Do you thrive on synthesizing data, designing methodologies, and delivering actionable insights to improve how organizations operate?
We’re seeking a dedicated OD Analyst to support an Organizational Effectiveness Review for a private climate philanthropy from January - May 2025 in an up to part-time capacity.
We are looking for candidates who are available to work remotely from CET or EST time zones with the potential for travel to Amsterdam for in-person workshops with the team and client.
Responsibilities
As a Consultant, you will:
Provide strategic input into the framework and methodological design of the organizational effectiveness review.
Develop and apply methodologies to assess the effectiveness of a private climate philanthropy within the established review framework.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data sets to evaluate organizational performance.
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, informing both immediate priorities and long-term improvements.
Incorporate relevant external benchmarks and indicators of organizational health from the nonprofit/philanthropic sector.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality throughout the project lifecycle.
Flexibly support a dynamic and iterative project on an up to part-time basis.
You Bring
Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, ideally within the nonprofit or philanthropy sectors.
A strong understanding of organizational effectiveness frameworks and methodologies.
Knowledge of climate change and philanthropy trends (an advantage but not essential).
Exceptional analytical skills to distill complex data into practical recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling reports and presentations.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, balancing priorities in a part-time role.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, NVivo) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion).
