Linh Doan is a qualitative research maverick supporting evaluation assignments at Convive. She leads and contributes to qualitative research processes, including desk research, literature reviews, coding and thematic analysis, and synthesis of complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

Beyond research delivery, Linh strengthens team workflows by integrating AI tools into qualitative processes - streamlining coding, synthesis, and context monitoring while safeguarding analytical rigor. She also brings strong facilitation skills to support the design of learning sessions that translate evaluation findings into meaningful conversations and decisions.

With an academic background in environmental science and over 10 years of experience in the development sector, Linh has worked across roles including program manager, capacity building coordinator, facilitator, and research management specialist. Linh is also an independent trainer, Linh has delivered training programs on data analysis, visualization, and AI integration for organizations across sectors, including Oxfam, Voice of Vietnam, TAJ Vietnam, and other public and private institutions.
